Busy!

I have been very busy! So I haven't had much time to write.... but I will do it soon.... I promise =)

Cool comment from a customer

I had a customer saying:

"Gerardo Muñoz was able to search existing issues and find a solution to my problem that was previously identified. Using him saved me a lot of time searching and I feel like he is a member of my team here at Fluor."

That is awesome!!

And on the other hand... I have very upset customers that write "No comments" ppfffff!!

tired

That's how I feel today and that's how I probaby wll feel the whole week... Boy, I am tired!!

Feedback from work

Here is something cool the customer wrote about my performance:

Gerardo was very aggressive in his attack to find a solution to our immediate issue with Hysys

And the comment from my boss, which of course forwarded to his boss in Houston =)

Great Job Gerardo!! Excellent comment from the customer.

I am happy!!

Teotihuacan

Day trip to Teotihuacan... that was fun
I love that place but I was extremely tired so I was thinking on not going. I am glad I did!!

I went with 3 American friends and we had the coolest experience. They were amazed by the place!

We walked, walked and walked.... We climbed pyramids, got soaking wet and had a lot of fun together.

It certainly was a fun experience.

something cool from work

Everytime we help a customer, they get a survey about the help provided.

This week I helped some intern at BP in Alaska. Whatever she was aking was just basics. But I solved like 5 or 6 cases to help her with her project.

At the end, she wrote ... Gerardo Munoz was fantastic helping me with this incident! He responded quickly and solved the problem in a very timely and efficient manner! Great help!!!!

And that made me happy!!!

Earthquake

Well.... definitely not the first earthquake I feel, but it is the first I get to experience in Mexico City, and the first one I am all by myself and in a 4th floor. Wow... lots of firsts....but the most important and strange one: The first one I experience while I am sleeping. 2:22am!!

It was so weird... my bed was moving, the doors were squeaking and a chair or something with wheels couldn't stop moving from one side of the other of the building in the floor above me... Well, it was a 6.4 earthquake but let¿s say that it was an interesting experience... All these noises and my bed moving woke me up!! And it took me like other 2 hours to fall asleep again =S
